Day of Event

​

1. If you have a photographer, please ask them what time you need to be ready to have your photos taken. (This is mostly for bridal parties as you may need to leave at 2pm, but the photographer wants you ready by 1pm for an hour of photos). This ensures there is no rushing around for anyone involved.

2. All outstanding balances must be paid 10 days prior to your event.

3. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. All deposits made are non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Please have a fresh face prior to the makeup being done.

5. I suggest having all facial waxing done no less than 3 days before your appointment - the makeup will not stick to the parts of your face that have been freshly waxed.

6. Any requests made on the day of the makeup may not be doable. If you have any changes to your booking please advise of these 48hrs prior to your event

7. If you or someone in your party no longer requires having their makeup done and it is 10 days or less from your appointment, no money will be refunded to you.

9. If I am travelling to you, please advise of the address that I will be travelling to and time.

10. If you have a bridal party of more than 3 it is recommended that you source an external hair stylist. I can recommend Steph from Studio 171, located in Capalaba PH: (07) 3390 3017

11. If you would like to travel to me, I work out of Studio 171 located in Capalaba. There is a non-refundable $10 per person fee.

12. It is your responsibility to advise of any allergies or reactions to certain ingredients prior to application of any products.

13. Please advise if you would prefer Vegan and Cruelty Free products prior to your booking.

Trial Day

​

1. 1. If you decide you don't like the lashes you chose for your trial on the day, we are able to trial another pair but this is at an additional cost to you ($15 minimum).

2. No more than you plus one other person is recommended to attend the trial.

3. Your trial is capped at two hours per person; if we go past the two hour mark you will be charged at an additional rate of $1 per 1 minute.

4. Please bring any reference images and questions you have to your trial to help me better understand your desired look.

5. Touch up kits are not available at your trial.

6. If I am travelling to you, please advise of the address that I will be travelling to and time.
